On July 23, 2018, a flood was caused by a dam collapse in Attapeu Province, Laos, and it swept through villages, killing more than 130 people and destroying 6,000 people’s livelihoods. The WeLoveU members of Laos Branch consoled the victims, who lost their homes in the sudden disaster, for about a month, and delivered a message of hope and love to them to get their life back on track.
