Official Document No. 076-2017-MDK-GSPyGA/G/VEAR submitted by Public Service Environmental Management Director in recognition of the Intl. WeLoveU Foundation’s contribution

Preamble:
In accordance with the Article 194 of the Political Constitution of Peru, and   Article 2 of the preamble of the Organization Act of Municipalities, local governments possess political, economic, and administrative autonomy within their jurisdictions. The right to autonomy, established by the Magna Carta for local governments, enables them to exercise public, administrative, and sovereign power subject to the legal system.

The official document No. 076-2017-MDK-GSPyGA/G/VEAR submitted by Public Service Environmental Management Director requests the official expression of gratitude to the Intl. WeLoveU Foundation led by the Chairwoman Zahng Gil-jah for cleaning Pastorita Huaracina Boulevard and carrying out the Rotary Painting Campaign through its Worldwide Clean WORLD Movement 2017 as part of the environmental project for the community on May 22.

Such activities raise social consciousness and inspire a sense of solidarity. They are appreciated as the pride of District of Independencia and deserve to receive the official expression of gratitude by the request of Public Service Environmental Management Director.

I perform the authority, approved by General Secretary, Legal Adviser, Public Service Environmental Management Director, and District Mayor, and based on the Organization Act of Municipalities Article 20, Paragraph 6, Item 27972, and Article 43.

Resolutions:
Article 1: The district of Independencia in the province of Huaraz officially expresses its appreciation to Zahng Gil-jah, the Chairwoman of the Intl. WeLoveU Foundation, which raised social consciousness and inspired a sense of solidarity by cleaning up the street of Pastorita Huaracina and holding the rotary painting campaign as part of the Clean WORLD Movement 2017 on May 22, 2017, and recognizes it as the exemplary organization.
Article 2: The district of Independencia conveys its gratitude to Zahng Gil-jah the Chairwoman of the Intl. WeLoveU Foundation.
Article 3: The district of Independencia praises the Intl. WeLoveU Foundation for carrying out social welfare activities and supporting financially by cleaning the street of Pastorita Huaracina and holding the rotary painting campaign.
Article 4: I deliver the resolution to the Public Service Environmental Management Director and entrust him with the duty of granting it to the Intl. WeLoveU Foundation.
