Certificate of Appreciation from the Secretary of Ecuadorian Secretariat for Risk Management

Dear Chairwoman Zahng Gil-jah:

On behalf of the Ecuadorian Secretariat for Risk Management, we extend our warm and respectful greetings to you.

I am pleased to express our heartfelt gratitude for your valuable and timely response in assisting the communities of several cities in the province of Esmeraldas, Ecuador, which were affected by floods caused by the overflowing rivers in that province.

Thanks to the donation made by the International WeLoveU Foundation, we were able to distribute 190 water tanks of 1,100 liters to the affected and displaced families in the province of Esmeraldas. This humanitarian assistance has provided secure reservoirs of essential water and improved the quality of life for approximately 8,668 people who benefitted from this aid.

We are confident that our mutual efforts, guided by the shared principles of neutrality, humanity, impartiality, and humanitarian assistance to those less fortunate, will strengthen our ties of friendship and collaboration, especially in times when cooperation is most needed.
