Tassia Kwa Ndege Hospital in the Embakasi area of Nairobi, Kenya, is a Level 4 general hospital. With its good accessibility and affordable medical costs, it is always busy with many patients.

However, the hospital faces significant challenges.
The biggest one is water shortage.
While the government supplies water to the hospital twice a week,
it can only store a single day’s worth of water supply
due to the inadequate capacity of its water tanks. Consequently,
the hospital had difficulty to maintain hygiene standards.

After the discussion with hospital president
and officials from the Embakasi Sub-County, WeLoveU
decided to provide the hospital with two 10,000-liter water tanks.

The Install Ceremony took place on January 10.
The hospital president and the board chairman expressed their gratitude
in simple Korean, delighted with the installation of the water tanks.

“Thank you, Chairwoman Zahng Gil-jah. We love you!”

Josephine Mayaka, Chairman of the Board of Tassia Kwa Ndege Hospital
