The third time support for the children of Mirpur Orphanage in Bangladesh to have dreams

Children look somewhat serious while reading books, sitting on a carpet. They do not move an inch, burying their noses in books. All that is heard is the sound of thumbing through the pages of books. This is the scene of how the children read books at Mirpur Shishu Paribar Paribar [Mirpur Orphanage] in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Books help children explore the unknown world and dream of their future. When we read books, we can freely travel around in the beautiful world of imagination wherever we may be. Obviously, we can also have access to diverse information and knowledge.

On September 13, the Intl. WeLoveU Foundation visited Mirpur Orphanage and donated 400 books and two bookshelves. They volunteered to improve the educational environment of the orphanage for the children to dream of their better future. Taking into consideration the age groups of about 100 children at the orphanage, they selected books conducive to developing their intelligence and creativity. In this way, the orphanage became equipped with books related to language, history, and nature, as well as novels, story stories, and books related to computer.

On the day of the donation, the WeLoveU members and the children at the orphanage took celebratory photos together in the newly equipped library. Their faces were full of smiles.

The orphanage principal expressed gratitude for the donation of the books, and said, “I hope people will carry out this kind of volunteer services.” She promised active support for the activities of the WeLoveU.

The WeLoveU members began to help Mirpur Orphanage when they helped with repairing and extending the orphanage dormitory when there were cracks in the building due to the earthquake that occurred in Bangladesh around January 2017. In May of 2018, the WeLoveU provided emergency medicine and medical kits to the orphanage, and today donated books.

The WeLoveU reaches out to wherever help is needed and relieve people of their difficulties by constantly being concerned about them, as they know their efforts will help people dream of their future again.
