Among Asian countries, Mongolia is particularly vulnerable to climate change. Mongolia’s desertification has been worsening in course of time and resulted in significantly yellow dust and fine dust in Korea. For this reason, the Korean Government has been cooperating with the Mongolian Government in various ways to carry out programs to cope with climate change.
In this present situation, the Intl. WeLoveU Foundation carried out the Clean WORLD Movement in June, catching many people’s attention. Twenty-four members participated in the event and cleaned Shine Darkhan 9 dong kheetei 4-2 around the square and nearby streets. They picked up discarded plastic bottles, household wastes, glass bottles, etc., which amounted to 20 gunnysacks. They cleaned up broken branches and all kinds of garbage, too. There were some children who took the holiday to participate in the cleanup with their parents.
Children’s diligently working with their small hands brought smiles to others. This cleanup took place in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city.
