“We love you!”

In June 2022, the WeLoveU members’ shouts for protecting the earth resounded throughout the world through the Clean WORLD Movement 2022,
celebrating World Environment Day on June 5.

🎉🥳🎉I’ve waited for the Clean WORLD Movement

Members greatly welcomed the large-scale cleanup that had not been carried out
due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The good energy that was stored up
was finally expressed through this. Since the members waited for a long time
to participated in a volunteer movement, they were very enthusiastic about it!

✨🧹✨Clean local communities through the Clean WORLD Movement

In this Clean WORLD Movement, the members intensively cleaned up areas suffering from illegal garbage disposals. The San Jose River basin in the Arica region of Chile had little water but was full of garbage. The members collected about eight tonnes of garbage here and gave a pleasant environment to the local residents.

In Auckland, New Zealand, five tonnes of waste were collected from the Papakura Stream and McLennan Park. As a result of cleanups in various places such as Cape Town, Rep. of South Africa, and Manila, Philippines, a total of about 250 tonnes of garbage were collected. Rivers, beaches, and streets that were covered with trash have regained their original state.

📢The environmental campaign, ‘Save the Earth Together’

The WeLoveU members cleaned the local community through the Clean WORLD Movement, and also carried out a campaign to raise citizens’ environmental awareness. It is because the more people work together to protect the earth, the better.

Citizens voluntarily participated in the cleanup. In Tacloban, the Philippines,
a neighbor who had been exercising participated in the cleanup of the Magsaysay Blvd.
When cleaning the Jumeirah Beach in Dubai, UAE,
children picked up trash and handed it over to the members.

👦👧Green Earth from children's touch

The help of children who participated in the Clean WORLD Movement with their families
also shined brightly. Children were holding tongs that were half of their heights
and concentrating not to miss even a little trash.
Their effort brought smiles to adults who were around them.

Children, the future leaders, learn the importance of protecting the environment
through the Clean WORLD Movement; they also realize
that they shouldn’t throw away trash carelessly. It seems that the future of the earth,
which children will lead, has become even greener.

💖Gratitude expressed towards the WeLoveU

Local residents and government officials appreciated the WeLoveU activities.
In many places, the police and commando protected the members,
so that they could clean up the region safely. The Clean WORLD Movement
was acknowledged with applause and cheers from the neighbors.

in Beolgyo-eup and Boseong-gun, and Boseong-gun expressed their gratitude;
they also gave locally produced rice (500 g) to each of the volunteers.

of appreciation to the WeLoveU, saying that they helped improve the local environment.

Purifying contaminated area and making the earth clean is neither easy nor simple.
However, like the saying, ‘We go together, we’ll go far,’ we can do it if we do steadily with one mind.” The Clean WORLD Movement is for all of us. We hope that this movement will be more active to raise citizens’ environmental awareness and preserve the beautiful earth.
