Resolution of the Head of the District No. 222-2018-MDSL/A

Head of the District of San Luis.

Examined:

Report No. 0058-2018-MDSL / SG-SGIIPV dated July 24, 2018, on the “Recognition of Merit to the INTERNATIONAL WeLoveU FOUNDATION,” and;

Considering:

That, Article 194 of the Political Constitution of Peru, modified by Law No. 28607 Constitutional Reform, states that the provincial and district municipalities are organs of Local Government and legal people of public law with political autonomy.

That, Article IV of the Preliminary Title of the Organic Law of Municipalities- Law No. 27972, prescribes that (. . .) local governments represent the neighborhood, promote the adequate provision of local public services and the integral sustainable and harmonious development of their constituency.

That, through the report No. 0058-2018-MDSL / SG-SGIIPV the Sub-Department of Institutional Image and Neighborhood Participation requested that the WeLoveU INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION represented by its Chairwoman, Zahng Gil-jah be granted the Merit of Recognition.

That, the San Luis City Council approved the Regulations for the granting of decorations and distinctions of the District Municipality of San Luis by Municipal Ordinance No. 236-2017 No. MDSL/ C. Also, the Article no.07 of the aforementioned Regulation determines that (. . .) The Merit Recognition is a distinction that is granted to congratulate the neighbors and friends of the San Luis district, for their outstanding work and as deserves for the services provided for the benefit of the city. Likewise, Article no.08 of the bounded standard warns that (. . .) In the case of Merit Recognition, they will be granted by the Mayor through Resolution of the Head of the District

That, it is the policy of the current administration to grant recognition to the merit in favor of the WeLoveU INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION represented by its Chairwoman, Zahng Gil-jah, for the selfless work she carries out through various professional social welfare services, in search of the fight against climate change in order to improve the welfare of the humanity worldwide.

Being subject to the above and according to the 6^th clause of Article 20 and considering Article 43 of the Law No. 27972 – the Organic of Municipality, it;

Resolves:

First article: to grant recognition to the merit in favor of the INTERNATIONAL WeLoveU FOUNDATION represented by its Chairwoman, Zahng Gil-jah for the selfless work she carries out through professional social welfare services, in search of the fight against climate change in order to improve the welfare of humanity worldwide.

Second article: to instruct the General Secretariat to notify this Resolution, and to the Sub-Office of Institutional Image and Neighborhood Participation, its dissemination.
