In today’s world, digital devices have become essential tools
for children’s education. Classes are conducted using digital devices,
students utilize online resources to preview and review lessons,
and most assignments are completed using computers.

However, in the United States, one in four teenagers from low-income
households does not have access to a digital device. This means
many students are unable to enjoy an equal educational environment.
Since 2020, WeLoveU has provided children with digital devices
through the “Closing the Homework Gap” project.

Over 600 members and local citizens supported the initiative
both materially and morally to provide educational devices.
Josh Powell, a two-time NBA champion, also joined the cause.
He visited the schools with WeLoveU members,
delivering laptops to the students and encouraging their dreams.

“This support helps our children believe they can receive an education
all the way through middle school, high school, and even college.
We hope that all our students will go on to college.”

WeLoveU will continue to carry out various educational support
to help every child’s dream come true.
