As air pollution gets worse in Godavarikhani, India, the Intl. WeLoveU Foundation held an environmental protection event in Ramagundam to plant trees in the city with 200 volunteers.

A local assemblyman and various government officials participated in this event and encouraged the members. All participants in bright yellow scarves planted trees with beautiful smiles.

During the event, they also carried out an environmental campaign with a slogan “Save Trees, Save the Earth,” “You and I Stop CO2.” It inspired citizens to understand the importance of environmental protection. Children who came with their parents could learn how to harmonize with nature and people.

The event was reported with great interest by the local media such as Sakshi, Andhra Jyothy, Namaste, and Eenadu.
