Director’s Resolution
Huánuco, September 3, 2019
Having reviewed Report No. 412-2019-GRH-DRS-HRHVM-HCO-UP-ARHS, dated August 22, 2019;
WHEREAS:
Article 147 of the Regulations of the Law on the Foundations of the Administrative Career and Public Sector Remuneration, approved by Supreme Decree No. 005-90-PCM, establishes written commendation as a form of recognition for carrying out exceptional actions related to volunteer activities;
Hermilio Valdizán Medrano Regional Hospital of Huánuco is a public institution that provides healthcare services and treatment to meet the health needs of the local people, and contribute to the human development, the people of Huánuco, giving priority to the most vulnerable sectors. Therefore, it is important for the Department of Clinical Pathology and Pathological Anatomy to be supplied with blood units of various blood types.
Accordingly, the International WeLoveU Foundation – Huánuco Chapter, in coordination with the Department of Clinical Pathology and Pathological Anatomy of Hermilio Valdizán Medrano Regional Hospital of Huánuco, organized a campaign titled “Voluntary Blood Donation” for the purpose of helping the people of Huánuco gain access to human blood and blood components from voluntary blood donors. The campaign was scheduled for July 24, 2019, and was successfully completed. Therefore, it is appropriate to extend commendation for the altruistic and nonprofit practices of the International WeLoveU Foundation, represented by Chairwoman Zahng Gil-jah, the organizer of the aforementioned campaign, and to recognize this by resolution;
In view of the foregoing considerations, and in accordance with Law No. 27444 on General Administrative Procedure and its amendment, Legislative Decree No. 1272; Law No. 30693, the Public Sector Budget Law for Fiscal Year 2018; Law No. 27867, the Organic Law of Regional Governments, and its amendment, Law No. 27902; and in exercise of the powers granted to Hermilio Valdizán Medrano Regional Hospital of Huánuco by Regional Ordinance No. 016-2015-CR-GRH, which approves the Regulations on Organization and Functions and delegates administrative functions;
Pursuant to the decision of the Executive Directorate of Hermilio Valdizán Regional Hospital of Huánuco, with the favorable opinion of the Administrative Directorate and the Personnel Unit Head, and with the approval of the Legal Advisory Office;
IT IS RESOLVED:
Article 1. To commend and recognize Ms. Zahng Gil-jah, Chairwoman of the International WeLoveU Foundation – Huánuco Chapter, for her participation in and organization of the “Voluntary Blood Donation” campaign held at Hermilio Valdizán Medrano Regional Hospital of Huánuco on July 24, 2019.
Article 2. To transmit this Resolution to the Huánuco Regional Government, the Regional Health Directorate, the interested parties, and the other organizational units of this institution for their information and appropriate purposes.
