Y los que tienen \u00e9xito est\u00e1n en el \u00faltimo grupo, el 1 %\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, explic\u00f3 que la necesidad b\u00e1sica de un l\u00edder es tener un buen car\u00e1cter porque nuestra sociedad ha cambiado de ser una sociedad controlada por el hemisferio izquierdo del cerebro, gobernada por la raz\u00f3n, a una sociedad controlada por el hemisferio derecho, gobernada por la sensibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente Lee Bae-gun mencion\u00f3 a los estudiantes los cuatro valores del car\u00e1cter que los j\u00f3venes deben tener: honestidad, consideraci\u00f3n hacia los dem\u00e1s, autocontrol y esp\u00edritu desafiante. \u00c9l los anim\u00f3 a controlar sus emociones, enfatizando: \u201cUna bebida gaseosa estalla cuando hay un est\u00edmulo externo, pero el agua se mantiene calmada, sin importar lo fuerte que sea el est\u00edmulo. Miller, un escritor estadounidense que dijo: \u201cUn gran respeto es una habilidad para expresar los sentimientos de uno considerando los sentimientos de los dem\u00e1s\u201d, explic\u00f3 que \u201csi queremos ser bien tratados, primero tratemos a los dem\u00e1s con mucho cuidado\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Diciendo: \u201cEn ese aspecto, la Fundaci\u00f3n Internacional WeLoveU est\u00e1 muy comprometida con la educaci\u00f3n del car\u00e1cter para los j\u00f3venes y lleva a cabo varios programas voluntarios\u201d, inst\u00f3 a los estudiantes a participar en estas actividades m\u00e1s activamente.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1170\" height=\"550\" src=\"https:\/\/intlweloveu.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/news_1st_education_youths_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4295\" srcset=\"https:\/\/intlweloveu.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/news_1st_education_youths_07.jpg 1170w, https:\/\/intlweloveu.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/news_1st_education_youths_07-768x361.jpg 768w, https:\/\/intlweloveu.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/news_1st_education_youths_07-860x404.jpg 860w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1170px) 100vw, 1170px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Los estudiantes que asistieron a esta conferencia especial, manifestaron: \u201cLlegu\u00e9 a reflexionar que antes no lo hab\u00eda notado.
