Visto el Informe N\u00b0 412-2019-GRH-DRS-HRHVM-HCO-UP-ARHS, de fecha 22 de Agosto de 2019;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO:
Que, el art\u00edculo 147\u00b0 del Reglamento de la Ley de Bases de la Carrera Administrativa y de Remuneraciones del Sector P\u00fablico, aprobado por el Decreto Supremo N\u00b0 005-90-PCM, que establece la felicitaci\u00f3n escrita como un reconocimiento por haber desarrollado acciones excepcionales relacionadas con las jornadas;<\/p>\n

El Hospital Regional Hermilio Valdiz\u00e1n Medrano de Hu\u00e1nuco, es una Instituci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, que conduce la prestaci\u00f3n de la atenci\u00f3n de los servicios de Salud, para satisfacer las necesidades de salud y contribuir al desarrollo humano de la poblaci\u00f3n de Hu\u00e1nuco, priorizando a los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables, de tal manera que es de importancia que el Departamento de Patolog\u00eda Cl\u00ednica y Anatom\u00eda Patol\u00f3gica este dotado de unidades de sangre de los diferentes grupos sangu\u00edneos.<\/p>\n

Por lo que la Fundaci\u00f3n Internacional WeLoveU \u2013 Sede Hu\u00e1nuco, coordinando con el Departamento de Patolog\u00eda Cl\u00ednica y Anatom\u00eda Patol\u00f3gica del Hospital Regional Hermilio Valdiz\u00e1n Medrano de Hu\u00e1nuco, programaron la Campa\u00f1a denominada \u00abDONACION VOLUNTARIA DE SANGRE<\/strong>\u00ab, con la finalidad de contribuir a que la poblaci\u00f3n Huanuque\u00f1a tenga acceso a sangre humana y sus hemocomponentes, de los donantes voluntarios de sangre, campa\u00f1a programada el d\u00eda 24 de Julio de 2019, habiendo concluido de manera satisfactoria, por lo que corresponde hacer extensivo una felicitaci\u00f3n por las pr\u00e1cticas de altruismo y sin fines de lucro de la Fundaci\u00f3n Internacional WeLoveU representada por la presidenta ZAHNG GIL-JAH<\/strong>, organizadora de la citada campa\u00f1a, debiendo ser reconocido mediante acto resolutivo;<\/p>\n

Por lo expuesto en los considerandos precedentes y de conformidad con la Ley N\u00b0 27444 del Procedimiento Administrativo General y su modificatoria Decreto Legislativo N\u00b0 1272, Ley N\u00b0 30693, Ley de Presupuesto del Sector P\u00fablico para el A\u00f1o Fiscal 2018, Ley N\u00b0 27867 Ley Org\u00e1nica de los Gobiernos Regionales y su modificatoria Ley N\u00b0 27902 y en uso de las facultades conferidas al Hospital Regional \u00abHermilio Valdiz\u00e1n Medrano\u00bb de Hu\u00e1nuco, mediante Ordenanza Regional N\u00b0 016-2015-CR-GRH, documento que aprueba el Reglamento de Organizaci\u00f3n y Funciones (ROF), por el cual delegan funciones administrativas;<\/p>\n

Estando a lo dispuesto por la Direcci\u00f3n Ejecutiva del Hospital Regional Hermilio Valdiz\u00e1n Hu\u00e1nuco, con opini\u00f3n favorable de la Direcci\u00f3n Administrativa, Jefatura de la Unidad de Personal y visto bueno de la Oficina de Asesor\u00eda Jur\u00eddica;<\/p>\n

SE RESUELVE:<\/p>\n

Art\u00edculo 1<\/strong>. FELICITAR Y RECONOCER a Do\u00f1a ZAHNG GIL-JAH<\/strong>, Presidenta de la Fundaci\u00f3n Internacional WeLoveU \u2013 Sede Hu\u00e1nuco, por su participaci\u00f3n y Organizaci\u00f3n de la Campa\u00f1a \u00abDONACION VOLUNTARIA DE SANGRE<\/strong>\u00ab, llevado a cabo en el Hospital Regional Hermilio Valdizan Medrano de Hu\u00e1nuco, el d\u00eda 24 de Julio de 2019, siendo los siguientes profesionales:<\/p>\n
