\nFelicitaciones por haber recibido el Premio del Presidente al Servicio Voluntario, y gracias por ayudar a manejar las necesidades m\u00e1s urgentes de su comunidad y de nuestro pa\u00eds. <\/span><\/p>\n

En mi carta inaugural, declar\u00e9 que necesitamos una nueva era de responsabilidad, un econocimiento de cada estadounidense de que tenemos deberes para con nosotros, nuestra naci\u00f3n y el mundo. Hay deberes que no aceptamos de mala gana, sino que tomamos alegremente, con el firme conocimiento de que no hay nada m\u00e1s satisfactorio para el esp\u00edritu que darlo todo al cumplimiento de una dif\u00edcil tarea. Su servicio voluntario demuestra la clase de compromiso con su comunidad que lleva a los Estados Unidos un paso m\u00e1s cerca de su gran promesa. (Elipsis)<\/p>\n

Nuestra naci\u00f3n enfrenta la crisis econ\u00f3mica m\u00e1s desafiante en mucho tiempo. Podremos renovar los Estados Unidos solo si trabajamos juntos. Los individuos, el sector privado y el gobierno deben combinar esfuerzos para lograr un cambio real y duradero, de modo que cada persona tenga la oportunidad de cumplir su potencial.<\/p>\n

Aunque el gobierno puede abrirnos m\u00e1s oportunidades de servir a nuestra comunidad, depende de cada uno de nosotros aprovecharlas. Gracias por su dedicaci\u00f3n al servicio y por haber hecho su mejor esfuerzo por forjar un mejor ma\u00f1ana para nuestra gran naci\u00f3n.
